If you would like to book one of our safari listed in this website, simply fill out our online form with relevant  information regarding departure dates, number of people travelling and the type of safari you would like. If you can’t find what you are looking for will be more than happy to build a customized itinerary with you in order to satisfy any preferences you may have.

PAYMENT POLICY:

We do not ask for a deposit: guests shall pay the entire amount on arrival before leaving on the safari thus avoiding any possible hindrances. The safari trip shall be considered officially booked as soon as we receive notice from our customers of flight confirmation. In case of cancellation you are not required to pay any fee but  we kindly ask you to let us know at least a week prior to departure.

The flight should be paid directly to the tour operator (for Zanzibar the same applies for accommodation) while the entire amount for the safari shall be paid on arrival in Africa.
All prices should be intended per person and are based on a minimum of 4 people with a 10% supplement for 3 people and 20% supplement for 2 people.  

All quoted prices INCLUDE :

• Entry fees to the National Parks

• Guaranteed window seat and access to photographic roof hatch in specially-equipped, custom built safari bus or Land-rover

• Full board accommodation in lodges and hotels (water is served at the table)

• Water supplied during the safari

• Services of an English-speaking professional driver/guide

Further days spent at the sea INCLUDE:

• Double room with private facilities in one of our private villas (classic or superior)

• Personnel and cook at your complete disposal

• Housekeeping and change of linen

All quoted prices DO NOT include:

• Flights (domestic and international)

• Costs of obtaining passports or visas

• Personal expenses such as extra beverages

• Personal travel insurance coverage

• Tips

Further days spent at the sea DO NOT include:

• Food and drinks which can be bought at a very low price at the nearby supermarket

• Supplement for an upgrade to a hotel of your choice
