The complexity of the current wholesaling industry and the economic difficulties encountered in countries like Kenya and Tanzania with their continuous increase in taxes and fees, have made a trip to these destinations very expensive.
As to visas and entry fees to the National Parks, unfortunately there is nothing we can do, but internet has allowed us to dispose of intermediation services and offer our safari tours directly to customers at a more competitive price. The are many reasons for our low prices:
- First of all for all International and internal flights we ask customers to pay the flight company or the Tour Operator (in case of Charter flights) directly. On our part we shall do our very best to assist you in finding the cheapest flights suggesting carriers which offer flight cancellation compensation in exchange for a small fee. This way there will be no surcharge on the cost of the ticket.
- As regards to stays at the sea we also make use of our own private properties. For those of you who prefer to avoid the crowded atmosphere of International hotels or who travel on a limited budget, we offer a room with private bathroom and cook at your disposal in our villa in Watamu, right next to one of Kenya’s most beautiful beaches. The cost of 120 euro per person per week (classic) or 180 euro p.p. per week (superior) hardly covers our expenses but we consider the rooms in our villas just an accessory to our safari. Guests are made to feel at home and are constantly attended by our hospitable and professional local staff there to satisfy your needs and help you with anything that you may require. Food can be bought at very low prices at the nearby market or, if you wish, you can send our cook with a list of things you need. For those, instead, who have other preferences, it will be our commitment to find a suitable hotel for you and take care of the booking asking our guests to pay the hotel directly thus avoiding any form of intermediation and possible surcharges.
- Finally, as regards to the safari themselves, the competitiveness of our prices is due to the fact that by selling directly to our customers we do not incur in any intermediation costs and can, therefore, afford to offer safari holidays at a lower price. Furthermore, we make use of our own vehicles and private properties in both countries. In Kenya as well as in Tanzania we collaborate with professional and expert english-speaking local guides who will accompany you during your trip ensuring, with their knowledge and experience, that your safari is a rewarding experience.
We do not ask for deposits: guests shall pay the entire amount on arrival before leaving on the safari thus avoiding any possible hindrances. The safari trip shall be considered officially booked as soon as we receive notice from our customers of flight confirmation. In case of cancellation you are not required to pay any fee but we kindly ask you to let us know at least a week prior to departure.
Thirty years in the safari travel industry have allowed us to offer these favorable conditions and establish a relationship with our clientele based on honesty and reciprocal correctness. Our company organization encourages a direct contact between service providers and clients guaranteeing...
...the best relationship between quality and price in Eastern Africa
